Contest Rules
PURSUE THE PERFECT LINE ESSAY CONTEST.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
Eligibility: Contest open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees and directors of Salewa North America, its parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion or production agencies, and dealer partners and their respective immediate family members and/or those living in their same households are not eligible. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

To Register: Until December 31, 2009 register with an email to perfectline@dynafit.us and provide the information requested. All entries must be received by 11:59PM EDT on December 31, 2009. Sponsor is not responsible for late entries, miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or technical failures, incomplete entries, or communications, or errors of any kind whether mechanical, human, electronic or otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of the entrant which Sponsor believes was tampered with or which impaired the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes.
Winner Selection: By January 31, 2010, one (1) winner will be selected by an evaluation from all eligible entries received during the respective Promotion Period by an ndependent organization selected by Sponsor. The winner will be notified by email, mail and/or telephone at Sponsor's sole discretion. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received.
Prize: (1) pair of Gaia TF-X Women’s FreeRide Touring boots, (1) pair of Haute Route Plus women’s skis, (1) pair of Dynafit SpeedSkins, (1) pair of Vertical ST bindings, and (1) person airfare, room, and board for trip to Austria (total MSRP approximately $3920)
Winner also agrees to publication on website and in select magazine publications, as selected by Sponsor.
General Conditions: All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winners. By participating, entrants agree (a) to these rules and decisions of the Sponsor and judges which shall be final in all respects relating to this Contest; (b) to release, and hold harmless Salewa USA, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees and representatives from any and all liability, for any damages, injuries or losses of any kind to persons and property, arising directly or indirectly from the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prizes or participation in the Contest. Any prize or prize notification returned as undeliverable will be forfeited and awarded to an alternative winner. No prize transfer or cash redemption is permitted, but Sponsor reserves the right, in the event of product unavailability, to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value.
Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prizes awarded, other than the administration of the Contest or the determination of winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for Colorado or the appropriate Colorado State Court; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Contest but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Colorado.
